Dear Grant Administrator:
Please find the enclosed application and proposal summary for review by the trustees. We hope that your company will partner with us in providing funding and support for our pantry feeding program for the low-income individuals in society. Our primary strategy is to develop a sustainable feeding and nutritional program in the community. With the onset of Covid-19, several people are distressed and need various support, including food, to boost their resilience to the shocks and stressors. Our primary focus is on creating an all-inclusive pantry food package to maximize low-income people satisfaction. “NO FOOD, NO LIFE”.

The administration will be held accountable in case of any misappropriation of the grant. Therefore, we are confident that the funds will be channeled to the intended use based on our budget narrative as an organization.
